Nation supply all the plant and equipment needed by our clients, to manage and control their water treatment programmes automatically, without the constant attention of site personnel.

Water Softeners
Our specialist engineers carry out service and maintenance work to all types and sizes of water softener, from domestic, under-sink units to industrial multi vessel plant, serving process or industrial sites. We offer a complete service comprising design, supply, installation and commissioning.


Chemical Dosing Pumps
Water conditioning can only be successful if the dosing equipment is reliable and correctly sized, thereby giving peace of mind to the client that protection for his system is always in place.

Nation recommend the use of the best dosing equipment available to the market. Pumps are selected for the most appropriate uses, and we carry out all the dose rate calculations and pump selection procedures on behalf of our clients.

Bespoke Controls Packages
Nation can create a complete dosing and control system most suitable for the client’s needs, depending upon the type of system being treated and the products being applied. By taking a modular approach we are able to design a package, which will be the most cost effective way of automatically controlling system conditions. Control systems are tailored to what is needed, for example bleed or blowdown control, meter controlled chemical dosing, timers, and redox control of biocide levels. These packages can be contained in one housing, or installed in appropriate locations around the system.

Installation
All our systems are installed and serviced by engineers who are experienced in water treatment. They therefore understand the objectives of the systems, how they work and how they affect the water treatment programme. The engineers are employed directly by Nation, therefore we have control over their training and capability and their knowledge is not confined to the electrical or mechanical aspects of the project.

Chemical Delivery System
Transalco is the name of our chemical delivery system, which removes the chemical handling challenges from site staff. We deliver direct to clients’ receiving tanks via our air displacement system, which means no drums are left on site and clients’ staff do not have to handle our chemical products: drum disposal and COSHH issues dealt with in one blow!

Deliveries are made by our own trained drivers who are familiar with the products and their uses.
